Porky’s Last Stand, a Southern
BBQ restaurant, was established in Southwest Florida
in the early 1990’s. It was there that a third
generation family member, Angelo Brooks Carmignani,
began to experiment and incorporate Southern spice
blends as well as smoked recipes into his families’
sausage making philosophies. The result is a new
line of specialty sausage sold under the label,
Porky’s Last Stand.
Still using only fresh cuts of meat,
these sausage products now have the added twist
of new, savory blends of herbs and spices. Both
fresh and smoked products are manufactured in our
federally inspected, USDA facility and are available
for retail locations nationwide.
Whether you are looking for a true
Cajun spice blend, robust South-of-the-border spice
blend, or a traditional ethnic spice blend, Porky’s
Last Stand specialty sausages are sure to deliver
satisfaction every time.
